There was a very good article in Video Toaster User last year about
underwater scenes. It recommended using lightwas with ZERO intensity and
a lens flare that faded in fog. Other lighting tips includes ZERO ambient
lighting and light from the top down only. I did an undeerwaer scen using
these guidlines and it came out great. I do recommend not darkening the
image too much whch is my main complaint with seaQuest. I'll see if I can
dig up the old magazine and let you know which one it was.
